Transfer of Custody Upon Delivery
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier to the address provided by the customer:
Custody, ownership, and risk of loss transfer to the customer immediately
Likeshoppings is no longer responsible for the package’s security or condition
Likeshoppings shall not be held liable for theft, loss, or damage after delivery (including, but not limited to, porch piracy)
If the carrier confirms delivery (including proof of delivery), any claims for missing or stolen items must be made directly with the carrier and/or local authorities by the customer.
Carrier Service, Delays & Investigations
Likeshoppings will assist customers, when possible, in communicating with the carrier regarding delivery issues. However:
Investigation times and outcomes are determined solely by the carrier
Delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events are outside Likeshoppings' control
Likeshoppings will make reasonable efforts to keep customers updated during an active carrier investigation.
5. Promotions
Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to past purchases.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
Custom-made products (special sizes, materials, or colors) are excluded from promotions and quoted on individual basis.
Gift cards and store credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
